Q. Who is Wendy Bentley?

A. Over the past 15 years I have done everything from working within leading banks to becoming a police officer, a wife, a mother and a reiki practitioner.

For the past five years I have been a qualified personal trainer. I grew up with a strong interest in health and fitness as my mother was an aerobics instructor for as long as I can remember.

I am also studying a Bachelor of Health Science Nutritional Medicine and I always have three or four books on the go deepening my knowledge on health, science & spirituality.

Q. How did Think For Fitness come about?

A. In 1994 my dad had a work accident that left him a quadriplegic. He has no feeling or movement from his chest down. A little over two years ago I started reading some life changing books. I read everything from Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyasaki to You Can Change Your Life by Louise Hay and I watched the DVD What the Bleep Do We Know.

After watching the DVD, I felt something I have never felt before. That is a burning desire to learn more about quantum physics and the effect our thoughts have over our body. Immediately I wanted to learn more.

The more I learned, the more I realized how amazing this information is and how much it could help people who are in a situation like my dad. I was heading to bed one night when I suddenly had an amazing realization about how I could utilize my knowledge to help others. Since that night, I have not stopped working towards making this idea a reality and I am so excited to be able to share this concept with the world.

Q. Who can Think for Fitness help?

A. Think for Fitness can help a vast range of people. This product can help more people than any other exercise program currently in existence because it does not require you to be physically capable. You can gain benefits from Think for Fitness if you are perfectly healthy or if you suffer from the following:

– spinal cord injury

– spinal disease

– cancer

– multiple Sclerosis

– arthritis

– fibromyalgia

– stroke

– and the list goes on

Q. What proof do you have that it works?

A. I have a plethora of proof that this concept can work. There is a mountain of evidence in books such as The Brain That Changes Itself by Norman Doidge, The Biology of Belief and Spontaneous Evolution by Dr Bruce Lipton, Change Your Brain Change Your Body by Daniel Amen MD, Energy Over Mind by John Mace, through to The Healing Power of Water by Masaru Emoto and of course, What the Bleep Do We Know DVD set.

I also have this pile of journal articles that I regularly search the Internet for which you will find many on my latest news section of this website.

In addition, think about how many dreams you have had that have given you a physiological response. For example, you fall in your dream and wake up with a fright, sweating and your heart is racing. Another obvious example is sexual dreams. It is not uncommon to have a physiological response from those dreams.

Q. What results can I expect?

A. The results you will achieve will depend upon how involved you become in the visualization. To give you an example, a little over 12 months ago I received a phone call to advise me that my latest PAP smear showed an abnormality and I was to go for another PAP smear in six months time. I went for that second PAP smear and the results showed that the abnormality had worsened from level two to level three – level four being cervical cancer. Getting this news forced me to put everything I had learnt into practice so I spent the next few nights visualizing the health of my cervical cells to the point where I fully believed they were 100 percent healthy.

A few days later I arrived at the obstetrician for the requested biopsy of the abnormal cells and upon inspection the obstetrician stated that he could not find any abnormality. He actually said that it was one of the healthiest cervixes he had seen. He was unsure what to think of this so to cover his bases he asked me to return in six months. He performed the same procedure, however, again found no abnormality. Again the obstetrician was perplexed with this as it was originally a worsening high grade abnormality so a precaution he did take a biopsy from further up where he could not see.

I returned to find out the results two weeks later. As I expected when I met with the obstetrician he smiled at me and said the words I expected to hear, ‘I have good news for you young lady, there is no sign of an abnormality’. I knew at this moment how powerful Think For Fitness can be if you fully indulge in the experience.

Q. How can I ensure I get the best results?

A. You need to think it AND feel it. Ultimately the results you can achieve are only limited by your belief in what you can achieve. You need to become so involved in the experience that you actually feel as if you are there – just as if you were dreaming. This may take a little practice at first however with regular sessions you will soon find this becomes second nature.

We have all indulged in a daydream that is so vivid we cannot hear anything that is going on around us. This is the level to which you need to visualize the journey on the CD in order to get the best results.

Q. How soon can I expect to see and feel results?

A. Think of this just like any exercise. It takes at least six weeks to see results with physical exercise but only a matter of days to start feeling better. I believe the same to be true here.

However it must be said that it takes only days for the brain to start changing and adapt to your new thinking as it has been proven to be extremely plastic. That is, ever evolving and changing with the constant breaking and connecting of synaptic neurological pathways.
