These videos provide a tool for you to be able to visualize each program with knowledge and accuracy.
This will ensure you receive the best possible outcome from the program.
They are short and sweet so it won’t take up too much of your time.

Download your audio program and watch the instructional video (scroll to the bottom of the page to see the video).
Start with the Introduction track then move onto the Body Fat Reduction program.
You can download the program from this page and listen to it on your computer, tablet, smartphone or media device.
Click the image below to listen or right click and select ‘Save As’ or ‘Save Link As’ to save this audio to your computer.
You can then open your preferred media player, create a playlist called Think for Fitness, ‘import’ the new Think for Fitness audio files (File, Import Files), highlight them and drag them into your new Think for Fitness playlist.
