Institute of HeartMath is a great resource, which specializes in bringing heart and mind together, which ultimately helps to lower stress and build resistance.

Global Coherence is an environmental site that educates about the effect our thoughts have on the earth.

Dr Joe Dispenza is an expert on the neurology and has some brilliant information regarding your brain, your thoughts and the effect it has on your existence.

Dr Candace Pert wrote the amazing book Molecules of Emotion and educated the world on how our thoughts affect every cell in our body.

Dr Masaru Emoto showed the world that our thoughts and beliefs have a profound effect on the structure of water. Considering we are made up of 70 percent of water, his work is a powerful reminder of what we are doing to ourselves when we have negative and positive thoughts.
